with choosing a creative agency or studio I admired to create a premium book as if I myself were a part of their team. As part of merely the .1% of female–owned creative agencies, &amp;Walsh strives to build upon their values through both producing effective work as well as meaningful work—this immediately gravitated me towards their work and culture. With a small team, their services include everything from advertising, branding, and art direction to animation, illustration, and packaging—to name a few. Along with these services, they’ve also managed to kick off some incredible social projects such as&nbsp;Let’s Talk About Mental Health&nbsp;and&nbsp;Ladies, Wine, &amp; Design. These social projects speak to the kind of culture in the agency which in turn reflects onto their high level of work. The book aims to share the amazing work produced in this agency in an effective manner, as well as attempts to dive deeper into&nbsp;how&nbsp;they produce that work so that I could better understand how to embody it into a book. From film posters to prop design, the details taken into account to tell these stories can be crucial to the story’s tone and overall effectiveness.
